Bringing people closer to sailing
Lega Navale Italiana is an Italian organization under the stewardship of the Ministry of Defence that aims to promote water sports and seamanship and foster love and awareness towards seas and lakes and their environmental protection.
In Riva del Garda, the local branch is housed within Forte San Nicolò, a fortress built by the Austrians to defend the Alto Garda area and the harbour, the second largest on the shores of Lake Garda.
Having successfully played host to the Nacra15 during the Italian Doubles Championships in 2023 and the Italian National Regatta in 2024, Lega Navale Italiana will once again welcome this class during the Youth Worlds.
