The Organizing Committee will provide airport transfer for all teams arriving on 11 and 12 July and leaving on 20 July. The airports covered are Milan Malpensa (MXP), Milan Linate (LIN), Milan Bergamo (BGY), Verona (VRN) and Venice (VCE).
If you are planning to arrive by train, the best options are Rovereto and Desenzano sul Garda. Transfer is also available from these stations.
Teams that have booked the official accommodation package through Onthego Agency may choose an earlier arrival date (7-11 July) or later departure date (21 July).
Fill in the form below by 16 June to provide the necessary information for securing your transfer. If the team will travel separately and require more than one transfer, fill in a form for each transfer required.
We will collect information from all teams before planning the transfer schedule and then get back to you as soon as possible with detailed information.
Please be advised that for convenience we might group teams together; as a result, there might be some waiting time at the airport.
